ENOMOTO is chef Edo Kobayashi's Japanese-inspired coffee-and-sando kiosk located in the departures area of Terminal 2 at Mexico City International Airport (AICM). Part of the same group behind Rokai and Iwashi, it serves specialty coffee and Japanese sandos (tonkatsu, tamago, and other fillings) to travelers, open roughly 5am-11pm daily. It is a separate airport outpost, distinct from the group's standing-room 'Little Tokyo' flagship in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, which does not apply to this location.
